Park Hyatt exudes unparalleled luxury and sophistication, standing as a distinguished boutique hotel brand renowned worldwide. With a limited number of just 40 establishments globally at the time, it proudly unveils its eighth Park Hyatt in China, marking its inaugural presence in the vibrant city of Shenzhen. Nestled within the esteemed South Tower of the iconic Ping An Financial Center, this extraordinary project finds its abode on the second basement level of the building.

Throughout the construction phase, the formidable challenge of transporting substantial equipment to the laundry room became apparent, given that the majority of the building’s interior walls had already been erected. Through meticulous on-site measurements, our team adeptly navigated this obstacle by leveraging structural opening, precisely calculating turning angles, and selectively removing sections of the walls. This strategic approach was employed to minimize disruptions to the site, ensuring seamless equipment transportation.

With impeccable timing and the seamless coordination of on-site personnel, the large equipment was successfully and securely positioned and installed, culminating in a triumphant achievement.
