The opening of MGM on Cotai Strip, a twinkling hotel and a sign of glittering innovation, vivified the Valentine’s Day of 2018.

MGM Cotai has been developed to drive greater product diversification and bring more advanced and innovative forms of entertainment to Macau. It features many signature and unique restaurants, bars, and dessert shops.

Following a few market research and visits to our previous project, the owner had us choose to build all the kitchens and food outlets in this Five-Star luxury and innovative hotel development.

The size of all the kitchens combined is astounding. It took 200 full-size containers to bring in the equipment for all the kitchens covering a total area of 12,000 square meters. Regular and daily meetings among stakeholders were held non-stop over the 2-year kitchen construction period making sure that every party was well coordinated and sang the same song along the way.

Proper resource planning and flexible manpower mapping were the key elements against project overrun. Our knack for managing intricate activities and division of responsibilities helped us meet various milestones at ease, fulfill statutory compliances, and pass through inspections with full confidence. We also implemented effective Occupation, Safety, and Health control on site and achieved a zero major accident record over the course of construction.
